Who we are
Findwright is a studio for brand architecture, custom websites, engineering and growth. We decide how your data is used and are responsible for it. Contact us at hello@findwright.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you submit the sign-up form.
- The date and time you signed up, as a record of your consent.
We don't ask for your name or anything else. This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
Why we collect it
To send you a confirmation when you sign up and one email when the full site launches. We won't use your address for marketing or newsletters, and we won't add you to any other list unless you ask.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
This page is temporary. We delete every address on the list within 30 days of sending the launch email. If plans change and we don't launch, we delete the list within 30 days of that decision.
Where it's stored and who can see it
Your address is stored in our website database, hosted by Hostinger, and emails are sent through Hostinger on our behalf. Only the Findwright team can access the list. We never sell, rent or share your address.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. To block spam, we briefly count sign-up attempts from each network address. The address is scrambled (hashed) before it's used, and the count is deleted after 10 minutes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your email address, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Every email we send includes a link to remove yourself, or you can write to hello@findwright.com and we'll act within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Light and dark mode
If you switch the site's colour theme, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage). It is never sent to us.
Changes
When the full site launches, this policy will be replaced by a complete one. If anything changes before then, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
